Singaporean Citizen Dies In Swissbell Room Hotel Pondok Indah, Police Contact Embassy To Pick Up Body

JAKARTA - A Singaporean citizen with the initials LSC was found dead in a Hotel Room on the 7th Floor Swissbell Hotel, Jalan Metro Pondok Indah, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta (Jaksel), Tuesday, October 22, at 05.30 WIB.

Information obtained, the discovery of the LSC body began when a colleague of the victim called a doctor from Siloam Hospital and an ambulance to come to the hotel to examine the victim. But unfortunately when the victim's colleague returned to the hotel room with the doctor, LSC was dead, his body was cold and stiff.

Police officers who received reports asked LSC's body to be taken to the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Kebayoran Lama Police, AKP Ivo Amelia said that the victim died in the hotel room due to illness and there were no signs of violence on the victim's body.

"But nothing strange, according to the doctor's death due to a heart attack," he said.

Furthermore, the police contacted the Singapore embassy to contact the victim's family so that the LSC body would be picked up immediately.

"We have informed the Singapore embassy, meaning from the family to pick up the body," he said.
