Minister AHY Proud Of The Role Of The Ministry Of ATR/BPN Helping The Community

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) carries out a noble task that has a direct impact on the community. This was conveyed by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), when inaugurating the Land Mafia Eradication Task Force or SPARTAN Command Center at the ATR/BPN Ministry Office, Jakarta, on Saturday 19 October.

During his eight months in office, Minister AHY who went directly to the community received many stories and testimonies about the happiness of the residents who had been helped by the program of the Ministry of ATR/BPN. One of the benefits that is felt is legal certainty over land rights for the community. Not a few residents cry happily when met by Minister AHY.

"I fell in love with ATR/BPN, even though it was only eight months. Because the stories were short, because of the testimonies from the heart, that's why we have to go to the field often. Why do we meet the community often? Because after that I greeted the community, the victims of the land mafia," said Minister AHY.

Another noble task from the Ministry of ATR/BPN is the Anti-Mafia Land Task Force. This task was formed through the synergy of four pillars, namely the Ministry of ATR/BPN with judicial institutions, law enforcement officers, and local governments (Pemda). This task is considered noble because it is intended to help people who are wronged. The seriousness of the Anti-Mafia Tanah Task Force is also considered not to be playing games; many cases are handled swiftly, quickly, and responsively.

One manifestation of the seriousness of the Tanah Anti-Mafia Task Force is that we managed to resolve the land mafia case in Bandung on October 18, 2024. "Alhamdulillah, yesterday with sincere intentions, we came together to Bandung to solve the problem, especially the land mafia case in Dago Elos, which has been a national issue since 2016. This proves that the Anti-Mafia Tanah Task Force does not recognize the time morning, afternoon, evening, beginning, middle, or end of the year. The battery continues to be filled, there should be no lowbatt," said Minister AHY.
