Father Sells Biological Children For The Sake Of Online Gambling And Women's Messages At MiChat

TANGERANG - The case of selling toddlers by biological fathers in Tangerang revealed online gambling practices and allegations of online prostitution. At the Tangerang Metro Police, RA admitted that the Rp15 million proceeds from selling his son were used for online gambling. Meanwhile, RA's wife said that her husband also likes to order instant sex services via MiChat.

"Yes, that's right. The money from the sale is used for daily life and online gambling games," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tangerang City Metro Police, Kompol David Yanuar Kanito when confirmed, Monday, October 7.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator's wife with the initials A said that the money from the sale of the baby amounting to Rp. 15 million had been spent for one week.

"There I got something odd, he used online gambling, foya-foya, then there were the MiChat and Omi applications. I read, played women too," said RA's wife.

The wife also gave up seeing that her husband had been detained by the police. The wife said she wanted to divorce because her husband's behavior was excessive.

"If to continue husband and wife, I can no longer. So he must still be punished, because for me his actions have been very fatal," he concluded.

A father with the initials RA (36) in Tangerang has the heart to sell his baby, who is only 11 months old to other people. He sold the baby for Rp. 15 million.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tangerang City Metro Police, Kompol David Yanuar Kanito, said that apart from arresting the victim's father, his party also secured the baby buyer, namely a husband and wife couple with the initials HK and MON.

"The perpetrators HK and MON were arrested on Thursday night, October 3, after previously arresting perpetrator RA on Tuesday, October 1," David said in his statement, Friday, October 11.

David explained that the incident began when the victim's father saw a couple's upload looking for a child on behalf of MON or Oktavis. He continued, RA was tempted by this information. From his place of residence in Cipayung, East Jakarta, he contacted MON to make an appointment.

"The perpetrator RA, who is the biological father of this baby, took the victim who was previously treated and entrusted to his mother-in-law for him to take him to Tangerang. With the excuse of going to a relative's place," he said.
