Students Involved In Fun Videos With Teachers In Gorontalo Are Under Pressure And Traumatized

GORONTALO - The Gorontalo Regency Women and Children Empowerment Service (PPA) has provided assistance to students who are involved in exciting videos with an unscrupulous teacher at a state madrasah in Gorontalo Regency.

According to the Head of the Gorontalo Regency PPA Office, Zascamelya Uno, currently the victim is under pressure and is experiencing severe trauma because the video has been widely spread in the community.

"We have accompanied the victim since the first report was received. Currently, the victim is experiencing very heavy psychological pressure because the video has been spread, causing him to feel very depressed," said Zascamelya Uno, Friday, September 27.

The PPA Department is also committed to ensuring that the student can continue her education until she gets a diploma, considering that she is now in grade 12 or the last year at her school.

"The victim is currently in grade 12. Do not let this case prevent him from getting a diploma. We will try to keep him from getting a high school diploma, because every child has the right to receive education," said Zascamelya Uno.

In addition to assistance, the PPA Office will also conduct assessments with psychologists to reduce feelings of stress and help recover the victim's mental condition.

Meanwhile, the police together with the Office of Women and Children Empowerment urged the public to delete and no longer distribute the video, in order to protect the rights and psychological conditions of the victim.
