Isak, A Resident Of Kampung Bayam, Asks Pramono To Fulfill The Promise Of Rights: We Are Very Tired

JAKARTA - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung's candidate meets the residents of Kampung Bayam who now live in temporary shelters (huntara) because they still cannot occupy housing in Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB).

In the dialogue session, a resident named Diah asked Pramono, if he won the Jakarta gubernatorial election, to fulfill their promise so that they could occupy the KSB which was established since the Anies Baswedan era as Governor of DKI Jakarta 2022.

"Hopefully after you go up, your promise is not just a promise, but carried out. Hopefully. Because we are very tired here, sir, yes. From mothers, children. If you become (Governor), we will depend on your hopes and hopefully it will be realized as soon as possible," said Diah at Huntara Kampung Bayam, Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta, Thursday, September 26.

Responding to this, Pramono promised to keep the expectations of the residents of Kampung Bayam who were entrusted to him. Given, the KSB was built to fulfill the residential rights of residents affected by the eviction of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).

Padahal Wali Kota Jakarta Utara, pada Juni 2022 lalu, telah menerbitkan surat keputusan yang terdiri daftar warga Kampung Bayam calon penghuni Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB).

"If I get this mandate, I will solve it. And for that, there should be no concern, ma'am, for this reason. Coincidentally, I am also a very simple family. So surely the empirical is in myself," said Pramono.

The problem that made the residents of Kampung Bayam unable to occupy KSB was because they did not find an agreement regarding the rental rate with PT Jakpro as the manager's BUMD. Jakpro argued that he could not hand over KSB as the wishes of the residents of Kampung Bayam for fear of violating the principles of good corporate governance (GCG).

The dead end continued until the leadership was replaced by the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono who handed over the polemic to be resolved by Jakpro.

Therefore, if Pramono is elected as Governor of Jakarta along with his deputy, Rano Karno, he promises to summon Jakpro and the Mayor of North Jakarta to fulfill the rights of the residents of Kampung Bayam.

The promise has also been stated by the integrity pact signed by Pramono and handed over to the Chairman of the Tani Group of Kampung Bayam Madani, Muhammad Furqon.

"The name if you become a governor is the mayor's superior, and Jakpro must also want to sit down together to solve this problem. You can't win. I promise to find a way out like the integrity pact that I conveyed to Mr. Furqon," Pramono explained.
