Loan Debt Becomes The Motive For The Inculction And Murder Of A Banten Cilegon Boy

JAKARTA - Online loan debt (pinjol) became the motive for the kidnapping and murder of the victim APH (5) whose body was found on the Cihara Coast, Lebak Regency, Banten.

Cilegon Police Chief AKBP Kemas Indra Natanegara said the hurt related to borrowing and sexual deviation was the motive for the perpetrators to kill the victims.

The perpetrators with the initials SA (38) and RH (38) are known to use the identity of the victim's mother for online loans of around Rp. 75 million. And the victim's mother did not accept it because her identity was used for loan.

"As a result of this, the victim's mother had a dispute with SA and RH. Apart from borrowing, in this case it was also motivated by a forbidden relationship, namely same-sex romance," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, September 23.

The forbidden relationship occurred between the two suspects SA and RH. SA put jealousy on the victim's mother who was often close to the perpetrator RH.

"RH and SA acted as the masterminds of the kidnapping and murder of the child. They then ordered EM to become the executor with the lure of a fee of Rp. 50 million," he said.

Meanwhile, two men, UH and YH, on the orders of SA and RH helped the perpetrators to dispose of the victim's body in the Lebak Regency area, Banten. With a reward of Rp. 100,000 by SA and RH perpetrators.

"The suspects are threatened with the Law on Child Protection, namely Article 80 paragraph 3 with a penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 3 billion," he said.
