Police Will Check The Owner Of The Karaoke Pondok Kasino Location Building In Semarang

The police will ask for information from the owner of the building where Karaoke Babyface is located on Jalan Anjasmoro Raya, Semarang City, Central Java, which is the location of the gambling house or casino which was raided on September 20, 2024.

"They will rent the 3rd floor of the Babyface building," said Semarang Police Chief Kombes Irwan Anwar as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, September 23.

According to him, the owner of the Babyface building will be questioned regarding his knowledge of the rental place used for the gambling place.

In investigating the case, he continued, the police had also pocketed the identities of the players at the gambling house.

He explained that the gambling players' data had been recorded in the gambling system.

Previously, the police raided a gambling house or Kasino located at a karaoke place on Jalan Anjasmoro Raya, Semarang City, on Friday (20/9).

The police have named 10 suspects in the disclosure of the gambling crime.

During the raid, the police secured various pieces of evidence, including Rp1.3 billion in cash.

The Rp1.3 billion is the capital for the operation of the Baccarat gambling house for a week.
