This statement was expressed by him in a letter sent to President Joko Widodo or Jokowi. In the letter, he asked the government for help.

In addition, Arsjad also stated that AD/ART was violated in the National Conference yesterday. These violations include; Kadin has never received a warning from the Head of the Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Foreign Members; There is no meeting of the board of directors of the Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry or extraordinary members to request the implementation of the Munaslub.

"In fact, AD/ART requires that the Munaslub be held based on the request of at least 1 shot2 of the provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry and 1 shot2 of the number of Extraordinary Members at the national level who attended the last National Conference," he explained in the letter.

In addition, Arsjad explained that the holding of the Kadin Munaslub was contrary to the AD/ART in the quorum section. The Munaslub was only attended by as many as 10 Provincial Chairmen from 35 Kadin Provinces. In addition, only 25 of the 221 Extraordinary Members were registered as members of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Therefore, Arsjad explained that in accordance with Article 11 of Law Number 1987 concerning the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he requested that the government use its authority as supervisor of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce to provide guidance, guidance, and or guidance.

In the 2024 Kadin Munaslub, participants agreed to reject the Arsjad management accountability report and appointed Anindya Bakrie as Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2024-2029. Anin's appointment, as he is known, received approval from 21 Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry leaders by 25 Extraordinary Members of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Chairman of Kadin Bangka Belitung Thomas Jusman, explained that this munaslub emerged as an attitude towards the dynamics that occurred within Kadin. Arsjad, who is the former chairman of TPN Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD in the 2024 presidential election, is said to be unable to synergize with the elected President and Vice President Prabowo Subianto Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
