Police Investigate OTK Allegedly Spitting On Women In South Tangerang

TANGERANG - A woman with the initials SRS (36) is suspected of being a victim of abuse by an unknown person (OTK) on Graha Boulevard, North Serpong, South Tangerang (Tangsel).

"The victim suffered lacerations to his lips and bruises on his face," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi in his statement, Sunday, September 15.

Ade Ary explained that the incident began when the OTK was riding a motorcycle and suddenly stopped in front of the victim on Saturday, September 14.

SRS, who felt uncomfortable, was approached, finally got into an argument with the perpetrator. The perpetrator then spat on the victim and hit the victim's car window.

Not long after, the perpetrator got off his motorbike and immediately pulled his clothes and carried out an act of persecution. The quarrel ended after the residents intervened.

As a result of the incident that caused injuries, the victim made a report to the South Tangerang Police on Saturday, September 15 evening for further action.

"Currently it is handled by the South Tangerang Police," he concluded.
