Minister Of Health Confused Reported To Bareskrim On Charges Of Hoaxes Of Bullying PPDS Undip

JAKARTA - Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin admitted that he was surprised that he was reported for alleged bullying of Diponegoro University Specialist Doctor Education Program (PPDS) students. Even though the bullying has been recognized by the university.

"That's why this is getting strange. But it's okay, now Undip itself has admitted that it happened," said Budi Gunadi as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, September 14.

Budi stated that no problem was reported because apart from being recognized by the university, there were also complaints that reached him from the victims who experienced this.

"We are not just confident, but we are doing our best because everyone complains about this," he said.

The Minister of Health asked for all acts of bullying to be ended and not to cover up, especially since there have been casualties whose sources are strongly suspected to be due to bullying.

"And this is not the first to die, it's already there, it's just being covered up. So, it's time for us to stop practicing like this. It's a pity for our young doctors," he said.

Previously, Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin and the Director General of Health Services at the Ministry of Health, Azhar Jaya, were reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police by the Professional Solidarity Committee, Thursday (12/9).

The Minister of Health was reported for spreading false news related to a bullying case involving a potential specialist doctor at Diponegoro University (Undip).

Both were reported by representatives of the Professional Solidarity Committee. Nasser on charges of spreading false news related to the death of dr. Aulia.

Nasser said the fake news submitted by the Ministry of Health was dr's statement. Aulia died of suicide.

Dalam laporan tersebut, Nasser menuntut kedua pejabat Kemenkes itu dengan pasal 45 Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) tentang berita bohong.

"Reporting Ministry of Health officials for spreading false news that caused trouble," Nasser told reporters at Bareskrim Polri.

"The second lie that was broadcast was the lie of bullying or bullying as if committing suicide due to bullying. How was his bullying the late semester five, who bullied the five?" he said.

Regarding this report, the police proposed that there be mediation first with the Ministry of Health.
