3 Teenagers Of Murder And Rape Of Students Of Palembang Junior High School Not Detained, Handed Over To Social Institutions

The Palembang Polrestabes, South Sumatra, handed over three perpetrators of the murder of a junior high school student to the Child Rehabilitation Social Institution Faced with the Law (PSRABH) Indralaya, Ogan Ilir.

The three perpetrators who are still minors are MZ (13), MS (12) and AS (12).

Meanwhile, the main perpetrator, namely IS, was detained by the police under Article 76 C and Article 80 paragraph 3 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of IDR 3 billion.
