Pope Francis Leaves Greetings To Jokowi, Maintains Unity And Unity

JAKARTA - The Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas conveyed the message of Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to Pope Francis. The mandate was conveyed by Minister of Religion Yaqut when he delivered the 266th Pope's departure to Papua New Guinea through Soekarno Hatta Airport (Soetta), Friday, September 6.

"President Jokowi conveyed a message to me, greetings to Pope Francis and hopefully his flight will run smoothly, safely and safely," Yaqut said after escorting Pope Francis at Soetta Airport.

Yaqut also said that Pope Francis' message entrusted to Jokowi was to continue to maintain unity and integrity.

"That diversity in Indonesia is a strength and must be maintained to be blasing during a meeting with me. And I follow from this initial series as a gift to Indonesia for the differences it has," he said.

Previously, the Supreme Leader of the World Catholic Church Sri Pope Francis arrived at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City. The plan is for the 266th Pope to continue his journey to Papua New Guinea after making his Apostolic visit in Indonesia.
