Toddler Dies When His House Burns Due To An Electric Short Circuit In Pondok Aren

TANGERANG Tragically, a 3-year-old boy was found murdered in a burning house on Jalan Raya Pondok Aren, Gang Langit, South Tangerang (Tangsel), Thursday, September 5, at 17.00 WIB.

The Commander of the South Tangerang City Fire Team, Imam, said the victim with the initials MDS was found after the fire was extinguished.

"There was one person killed. A 3-year-old child with the initials MDS," said Imam when confirmed, Thursday, September 5.

According to Imam, the incident began when the witness saw a big fire from above the victim's house. Local residents also tried to contact the firefighters.

Arriving at the location, officers took about 30 minutes for the blackout process.

About 30 minutes a fire was extinguished by local residents and firefighters in the south. After the fire was extinguished, the witness found his son dead with burns, "he said.

Imam said that the cause of the fire was an electrical short circuit that caused sparks to burn the top of the house.

Information obtained is that the victim's family has lived in the rented house for 3 years. And during that period there have been two electrical shorts.
