JAKARTA - A wooden storage warehouse on Jalan H. Dogol, Pondok Bambu Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, was scorched on Wednesday, September 4, evening. The fire broke out since 18.30 WIB and until now it continues to grow.
A total of 17 fire engines were deployed to the location to extinguish the fire. 89 firefighters at the location are still carrying out the fire supply process.
"The object caught fire in the warehouse building," said the firefighters at the location.
It is not yet known the cause of the fire in the warehouse which allegedly contained piles of wood. The process of extinguishing the fire also encountered problems due to the large amount of flammable material.
