Police Delay Examination Of Aaliyah-Thariq In The "Hamim First" Case, This Is The Reason

JAKARTA - The examination process for Aaliyah Massaid and Tariq Halilintar regarding the alleged defamation case, it was decided to postpone it first. The police said the reason was because the husband and wife had just returned after traveling outside the city.

"Because Aaliyah and Thoriq's sisters just returned from an out-of-town trip last night," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, to VOI, Thursday, August 29.

For this reason, investigators decided to reschedule the examination of the two on Friday, August 30, 2024.

However, it did not explain in detail whether the inspection process was carried out simultaneously or at different times or hours.

"Direschedule will be tomorrow on Friday, August 30, 2024 (complete Friday prayers)," said Ade

Originally, the husband and wife were scheduled to provide information today. It is said that Alisyah Massaid will be examined first, at 10.30 WIB.

Meanwhile, the examination of Tariq Halilintar will be carried out one hour later.

"Thariq Halilintar was asked for information at 11.30 WIB," said Ade.

Aaliyah Massaid is known to have reported several social media accounts after being accused of being pregnant before getting married.

The Aaliyah Massaid report is registered with the number LP/B/4974/VIII/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.

In his report, Aaliyah explained that there were two Tiktok accounts and one YouTube that conveyed information that he was married to Tariq Halilintar because he was pregnant first.

In fact, until now Aaliyah has not been pregnant. So, the information was wrong and had harmed his reputation.

With this report, the reported party is suspected of violating Article 27 A in conjunction with Article 45 (4) and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 315 of the Criminal Code.
