Ojol Demo And Couriers Throughout Jabodetabek, Thousands Of Joint Personnel Spread At 9 Points

A total of 1,784 joint personnel were deployed in a demonstration security scheme organized by online motorcycle taxi drivers and couriers throughout Jabodetabek. They will be alerted at nine points.

"(Placement of personnel) Cross Monas 435 personnel, Gojek 185 personnel office, in front of the State Palace 329 personnel, Ministry of SOEs 370 personnel," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to VOI, Thursday, August 29.

"The Ministry of Communication and Information is 210 personnel, the DPR/MPR Building is 70 personnel, the Indonesian Attorney General's Office 80 personnel, Baharkam Polri 55 personnel, and the KPK RI 80 personnel," he continued.

The thousands of personnel deployed are a combination of 1,412 Task Force and 372 Task Force personnel.

Then, regarding the traffic flow engineering scheme related to the demonstration, Ade said that it would only be implemented if necessary.

Later, members of the Traffic Directorate will decide regarding the implementation of traffic flow engineering.

"If the number of masses and escalation increases, there will be road closures. However, if the number of masses is not large, the traffic will be normal as usual," said Ade.

On the other hand, the mass demonstrations are encouraged to continue to follow the applicable rules. Thus, the activity of expressing the opinion runs safely and peacefully.

"Please convey your aspirations in a cool and peaceful manner, there are no hate speech and provocative speech that can disrupt the stability of the kamtibmas," said Ade.
