Today, Tariq Halilintar And Aaliyah Massaid Are Examined Regarding Allegations Of Defamation

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya will examine Aaliyah Massaid and Tariq Halilintar, today. The examination is related to the alleged defamation case on allegations of pregnancy first.

"It is true, it is planned to investigate the reporter or the victim and the husband of the reporter," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, to VOI, Thursday, August 29.

However, the examination of the husband and wife did not work at the same time. Alisyah Massaid is said to be questioned first.

"Aaliyah Massaid as the reporter or victim will be clarified at 10.30 WIB in the external investigator room of the Cyber Ditreskrimsus Sub-Directorate of the Metro Police," he said.

Meanwhile, the examination of Tariq Halilintar will be carried out one hour later.

It was not explained in detail the reasons for the examination of the husband and wife were not carried out simultaneously.

"Thariq Halilintar was asked for information at 11.30 WIB," said Ade.

Aaliyah Massaid is known to have reported several social media accounts after being accused of being pregnant before getting married.

The Aaliyah Massaid report is registered with the number LP/B/4974/VIII/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.

In his report, Aaliyah explained that there were two Tiktok accounts and one YouTube that conveyed information that he was married to Tariq Halilintar because he was pregnant first.

In fact, until now Aaliyah has not been pregnant. So, the information was wrong and had harmed his reputation.

With this report, the reported party is suspected of violating Article 27 A in conjunction with Article 45 (4) and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 315 of the Criminal Code.
