A 29-year-old Youth Kidnapped And Persecuted After Reprimanding His Friend For Licensing At Duren Sawit's Boarding House

JAKARTA - A young man with the initials RP (29) underwent intensive treatment in the Emergency Room (IGD) of the Duren Sawit Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta on Wednesday, August 28.

Apart from being beaten, the victim was also a victim of kidnapping by seven perpetrators, of which one of them was a boarding room friend with the victim.

The RP victim was held captive in Rawamangun, Pulogadung District, and was beaten by the perpetrators. As a result of the incident, RP suffered bruises and burns on his body.

According to the victim's statement, the incident began when he reprimanded his friend who used a boarding room for adultery.

"Because my place was used as an incorrect place, it was even used as a place for adultery. I said that he was fine, he gave up until I took the firmness that I took his motorbike. Because my good name was bad," the victim of RP told reporters, Wednesday, August 28.

This beating took place on Sunday, August 25. A number of youths came to the victim's boarding house in the Buaran area, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. The perpetrators covered the victim's head and took him to the car.

"At 6 am I was raided by his friends. They immediately entered the room 2 people, then 3 people. My head was closed, put in the car and I was beaten in the car," he said.

The victim was taken by 7 perpetrators by car to the Rawamangun area. Then the victim was again abused until he suffered bruises and burns due to cigarette burns.

"I was taken to the Rawamangun area, there I was kicked, stopped I couldn't do anything. Hit in the hand, my nose was kicked until my hair was cut," he said.

The victim's family plans to report the incident to the East Jakarta Metro Police in the near future.
