Trial Of Nutritious Eating In Jakarta, Heru: Orek Tempe And Capcay Menu IDR 25,000 Per Portion

JAKARTA - Acting (PJ) Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono accompanied by the East Jakarta Administrative Mayor M Anwar reviewed the trial of the free nutritious food program at SDN 04 Cipayung, East Jakarta, on Monday, August 26. Heru who was also accompanied by the Acting Head (Plt) Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office Budi Awaludin and the Head of the DKI Jakarta Food, Maritime and Agriculture Security Service (KPKP) Suharini Eliawati visited students in several classes. Heru and officials of the DKI Provincial Government (Pemprov) then distributed one by one boxes of food to the students. The food boxes contain rice, corn, vegetable capcay, tempeh orek and wine. The provision of free nutritious food to elementary school students is a collaboration between the DKI Provincial Government and BUMD PAM Jaya. "Today is the third trial, you can have breakfast, you can have lunch, according to the time of the school children," he said.

He thanked PAM Jaya for providing corporate social responsibility funds (CSR) in the form of 800 breakfast packages to students. "The ministers have rice, vegetables, eggs, tempeh orek, capcay plus corn. Approximately 400 calories, Rp. 25,000 per serving. Keep working with the waste bank to be able to collect cardboard, spoons and others," said Heru.

In addition, the dishes served will adjust to the students' preferences. What is clear is that the portion of the food provided has balanced nutrition. "We'll see what their preferences are. Earlier, the vegetables ran out, the fruit was eaten, the eggs ran out, the rice was eaten half, (the wages) I saw most of them," he said.
