Viral Boy In Pontianak Disappears, Turns Out To Have Died Wrapped In A Tiri Mother

PONTIANAK - A resident of Pontianak City, West Kalimantan, was shocked by the murder of a 6-year-old boy named Ahmad Nizam by his stepmother.

Ahmad Nizam's body was found wrapped in sacks on the back of his house, in Gang Purnama Agung 7, Jalan Purnama, South Pontianak District, Thursday night.

Nizam's death shocked the public, because previously the victim was reported missing by her parents. Nizam's photo wearing a school uniform has also gone viral on social media since Monday.

After the victim's body was found, officers processed the crime scene (TKP) and put up a police line and collected evidence. Nizam's body was taken to Bhayangkara Hospital Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak for an in-depth examination.

Deputy Director of General Criminal Investigation (Wadirkrimum) of the West Kalimantan Police AKBP Harry Yudha Siregar revealed that the perpetrator had told her husband that the victim was taken away by someone.

"The father of the deceased was looking for this child, not there. He said that his wife took his son away," said Harry in his statement.

Harry said the victim's father then searched around the house. Suspicion arises when the smell is bad at the scene.

"Finally checked at the source of the unpleasant odor and found the leg of the corpse, which was the deceased," he said.

Based on these findings, the husband then reported the wife, who was none other than the victim's stepmother, to the police to clarify the incident. So, finally this case was revealed.

"To find out if this is really the culprit. And it turns out that the perpetrator of the murder was the stepmother of the victim," he said.

Harry explained that currently the perpetrator has been arrested to undergo further investigation. The police are also still investigating the motive for the sadistic murder and the article that will be charged against the perpetrator.

"We are still investigating and will conduct a post-mortem to determine the cause of death, tomorrow an autopsy will be carried out," he said.

Instead of missing, Nizam turned out to be a victim of a heinous murder by his stepmother. This case was revealed from the suspicion of residents and irregularities in the confession of the perpetrator with the initials IC.
