1,016 Manggarai Fire Victims Relocated To South Jakarta Grass Market Flats

A total of 1,016 people from 254 families (KK) of Manggarai fire survivors have been relocated to Pasar Rumput Flats, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

Manggarai Village Head, Arafat Diansirat said the thousands affected were moved to more habitable shelters, in Pasar Rumput Flats.

It is known that there were 3,043 people or 1,050 families (KK) who were affected by the fire in RW 06 and RW 12, Manggarai, Tebet, South Jakarta. The victims will be relocated gradually.

"As of Monday (19 August) at 08.00 WIB or a week after the fire in RW 06 and RW 012, Manggarai Village, 1,016 people from 254 families (KK) have been relocated," said Arafat when confirmed, Monday, August 19.

He explained that this flat is only 650 meters from the location of the Manggarai fire.

"Residents affected by the fire in RW 06 and RW 12 are very enthusiastic about being relocated to the Pasar Rumput Flats," he said.
