Prabowo's Son Designs A Special Jacket For Jokowi Ahead Of The Republic Of Indonesia's Independence Day

JAKARTA - Prabowo Subianto's son, Didit Hediprasetyo, took the initiative to design and make a special jacket for President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) ahead of the 79th Indonesian Independence Day event.

The news was conveyed by the Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Yusuf Permana at the Presidential Palace complex, Jakarta, Thursday, August 8.

"So, Mr. Didit was inspired to make a special jacket for the President," he said as quoted by ANTARA.

When asked more specifically regarding the jacket design that Didit will make, Yusuf admitted that he did not know in detail about it.

"Yes, we frankly don't know what it will be like? But as we know, the President often wears jackets," he said.

For this purpose, Yusuf met with Didit on Wednesday (7/8) to inquire about the size of the jacket to be given specifically to President Jokowi.

At that time, Didit was seen visiting the Presidential Secretariat building via the pillar gate of the Indonesian Presidential Palace complex, Jakarta. Didit that afternoon met with Yusuf for 1 hour.

"Yes, we have data and the President went directly to the Bogor Palace after a working visit to Central Java yesterday," he said.

The man whose full name is Ragowo Hediprasetyo Djojohadikusumo or Didit Hediprasetyo currently works as an Indonesian fashion designer who excels in the international arena.

Didit is the only son of Prabowo Subianto and Titiek Suharto, the second son of Indonesia's second president HM Suharto.
