Meanwhile, Head of Cartenz Peace Operations 2024 Brigadier General Faizal Ramadhani said that after the attack and killing of pilot Glen Malcolm Conning in Alama District, 13 civilians were successfully evacuated to Timika.

"The evacuation was successfully carried out on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, using three Bell Helicopters that arrived at the Aero Modeling Base Yohanis Kapiyau Timika," he said.
