Russia Spreads Threats About The US-EU In Ukraine Discussing Military Operations

JAKARTA - Member of the lower house of Russia or Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, emphasized that the United States (US) and the European Union (EU) will bear the consequences for coordinating in Ukraine when the war with Russia is still volatile.

Volodin said the US and EU arrangements were related to military operations to Russia and the deployment of weapons to Ukraine.

"As Washington (US) and Brussels (EU) coordinate military operations in Ukraine, which threaten the security of Russia, parliament and citizens in the United States and the European Union, they must understand that their leaders have lost their minds and can bring the world to tragic consequences," Volodin warned via Telegram., quoted from Tass, Tuesday 6 August.

The Russian lawmaker reminded the US was the only country to have used nuclear weapons, referring to the nuclear bombings in Hiroshima and88 in August 1945.

"The US method has not changed over time. They have turned Ukraine into a bridge to fight against our country [Russia]. And they have expanded NATO infrastructure to Asian territory to fight China as they launched missile attacks on peaceful Iranian cities," he said.

Volodin admitted that US empowerment has now changed because nuclear potential can also be driven by Russia and China.

"In addition, Russia's most recent weapons have shown a significant advantage over the United States," Volodin said.
