"From the results of the post-mortem, the victim suffered several injuries to the body, including his hands, fingers, then around the arm and died from bleeding," he explained.

Now the two young men who are nephews and uncles have been named suspects and detained by the police.

"The suspect is subject to Article 338 in conjunction with 170 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 15 years in prison," Tri concluded.
