Sudirman Said Leaks The Contents Of The Capim KPK Written Test: There Is A Matter Of Authority To Asset Confiscation

JAKARTA - Former Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Sudirman Said leaked the matter of a written test for the leadership candidate (capim) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which he participated in today. One of them relates to the confiscation of assets.

"The material is more about the general knowledge of corruption and the KPK, the problems faced now and the views of the candidates on what are crucial issues, such as authority, confiscation of assets," Sudirman told reporters at the ASN Competency Development Center of the Ministry of State Secretariat, South Jakarta, Wednesday, July 31.

Sudirman also mentioned that there are four mandatory questions and two selected questions. However, nothing related to internal problems even though he recently mentioned it in the answers given.

"There is no question regarding the internal problems of the KPK. However, I also emphasize that one thing that is needed is that there must be consolidation," he said.

"That's a priority for whoever is chosen," he continued.

Sudirman is confident that he will pass the written test even though he must compete with internal candidates such as Deputy Chairpersons of the KPK Johanis Tanak and Nurul Ghufron as well as Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan. However, he finally handed over the results to Pansel Capim and the KPK Supervisory Board.

"Yes, if the test must be sure. But we will respect it later, whatever the decision of the Panel," said Sudirman.

Previously reported, this written test was only followed by 229 of the 236 KPK leadership candidates who had passed the administrative selection. This number decreased because seven people were absent and were immediately declared dead.

Furthermore, the results of this written test were announced on August 8. Announcements can be accessed through the website of the State Secretariat and the KPK.
