JAKARTA - The trial for the production of pornographic films in the South Jakarta area continues. A total of 12 defendants were tried at the South Jakarta District Court (PN).

The trial for today is scheduled to examine witnesses. One of the defendants who underwent trial today, namely Fatra Ardianata alias AFL.

Fatra's attorney, Rendi Rumapea, said that today's trial was held behind closed doors because it was related to immoral content.

"So today we are examining witnesses, witnesses from the owner of PH, as well as producers, and also owners," Rendi told reporters at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, July 29.

Rendi revealed that his client Fatra was not given a script during the filming process at the Class Bintang studio. Therefore, Fatra does not know the storyline of the film.

"Yes, from our client's statement, actually in terms of whether they do or as actors in this film, they are not given a script," he said.

"So when they are on set, they are not equipped with scripts, there is also no opportunity to read and learn scripts, so all on the spot," he continued.

In fact, said Rendi, his client had refused to do the exciting scene. However, the owner of PH still persuaded Fatra to shoot.

"But back again, those who have PH or witnesses persuade again and lure and say that for the title that has been scenesd, must coincide with several titles first, so that there is a fee payment. So the fee is being held for the first title," said Rendi.

Therefore, Rendi also said that his client was only a victim in the case of this porn film production house. Because for him, his client really doesn't know if he is forced to do this exciting scene.

"For our client's attitude, he feels he is a victim of fraud, a victim of coercion because from the start he did not know that this film is a film that leads to pornography. So indeed our client is a victim of fraud rather than PH," he concluded.
