So far, Pezeshkian has appointed Mohammad Reza Aref as First Vice President, and former education minister Mohsen Haji-Mirzaei as Presidential Chief of Staff.

Pezeshkian is scheduled to be officially sworn in as President of Iran on Tuesday before parliament.
