JAKARTA - The Netherlands and Denmark are ready to send 14 updated Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine, the Dutch defense ministry said.
The two countries in April 2023, said they would buy tanks from third parties and prepare them for war in Ukraine.
The tanks have been fully revised by German arms manufacturer Rheinmetall. After months of testing, they are now ready to be delivered before the end of the summer, the Dutch ministry said. But there is no mention of the delivery date.
