JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has asked the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) to prevent four people from leaving the country for six months. KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika said this prevention was submitted through Decree Number 887 of 2024 which was signed on July 11.

Tessa detailed that four people were prevented, one was a private party with the initials A. While the other three were ASDP internal parties, namely HMAC, MYH, and IP, said the spokesman with the investigator's background.

The KPK asked that prevention be carried out on the grounds of launching an investigation process. "The prohibition of traveling abroad applies for the next six months," said Tessa.
