Prabowo-Gibran Doesn't Have A Candidate For Cabinet Filler

JAKARTA - The elected Vice President (Vice President) Gibran Rakabuming Raka said that until now he is still looking for the best figure to fill the cabinet in the future with the elected president Prabowo Subianto.

"We are still looking for the best people to fill important posts," he said in Solo, Central Java, Wednesday, July 17, which was confiscated by Antara.

Asked about who the figures have started to be looked at, he is reluctant to explain in detail.

"Nothing has been fixed yet, it is still in the discussion stage," he said.

He said the names would still be sorted, considering that the time for the cabinet was still quite long.

"Later, while following, the time is still long," he said.

Previously, Gibran officially submitted his resignation as Mayor of Surakarta following the approaching inauguration of the elected president and vice president.

He said he would take advantage of the three months leading up to this inauguration to find out various problems that exist in all regions in Indonesia.

Some areas that will be prioritized are outside Java, including in the capital city of the archipelago (IKN). However, he will not leave areas in Java such as Jakarta and several other provinces.

"I will spend more time throughout Indonesia, shop for problems, solve existing problems, especially in 3T areas (lagging behind, leading, outermost)," he said.
