Pahala Nainggolan Finally Registered As A KPK Capim

JAKARTA - KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan admitted that he had registered as a candidate for the anti-corruption commission (capim).

This was conveyed by Pahala while filling out the 'Public Discussion: List of KPK Capims, Strengthen Indonesia's Hopes' which was held online by the KPK today, Friday, July 12. He said he was not comfortable to talk about in the activity because he had registered.

"I just communicated with my public relations friends that, 'I'm listing this, sis. I'm listing for the leadership,'" Pahala said of the moment.

"So I said, wow, I was invited to talk but what is the list," he continued.

Even so, Pahala finally remained a speaker at this discussion. He said, do not let the KPK personnel represented miss the opportunity to talk.

In addition, he invited all parties who met the criteria to follow in his footsteps to register as a candidate for leadership. "Don't just protest our country why corruption is like this," he said.

"Don't just protest, those over 50 years of age register immediately. Just register. The problem with the results is another story, right, because the KPK needs this, really needs people who really need it, here, if we talk inside," said Pahala.

As previously reported, KPK Deputy Chair Alexander Marwata supports all internal parties in his institution to run for leadership in the coming period. "Anyway, all deputies at the KPK please come forward if they want to," Alexander told reporters quoted on Thursday, June 13.

Alexander also gave similar support when asked about the name of the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Pahala Nainggolan. He said he invited his colleague to come forward.

"If I push it, I'll knock it. But right, the person concerned will come back again," he said with a smile

"I just say go ahead, deputies, directors may also be important, right? The conditions are at least 50 (years, ed) right. The director is welcome if you want to go forward, wes, go forward. The principle is like that if the leadership encourages everything," continued Alexander.
