The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Harmonizes 6 Regional Regulations Of The Central Mamuju DPRD

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) of West Sulawesi Province carried out harmonization of six draft regional regulations (Ranperda) of the Central Mamuju Regency DPRD.

Head of the West Sulawesi Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Pamuji Raharja, said that the harmonization of legal products in a number of districts and the West Sulawesi Provincial Government was carried out aimed at creating quality laws.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of West Sulawesi harmonizes with six Regional Regulations of the Central Mamuju DPRD, including Ranperda regarding the delivery of public infrastructure, facilities, and utilities for housing, Ranperda regarding village asset management, Ranperda on BUMDES and Ranperda on village arrangement.

Then Ranperda regarding the regional government's 2025 work plan, and Ranperda regarding the appointment and dismissal of the supervisory board, board of directors, and elements of the local radio public broadcasting organization in Central Mamuju Regency.

According to him, this harmonization process is very important by listening directly to legal needs for the formation of legal products that will be made and discussed.

In addition, to avoid higher regulations with lower or equivalent regulations, so as not to overlap.

"It is hoped that these regulations can be implemented immediately to support the success of development in the regions," he said, quoting Antara.

Chairman of the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the Central Mamuju Regency DPRD, Marcus, said that in order to realize quality and beneficial laws and regulations for the community, the Central Mamuju DPRD is committed to implementing every stage of regional regulation formation.

He expressed his appreciation to the West Sulawesi Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the assistance and support.
