The West Java Regional Police's legal team rejected all arguments of the lawsuit during the pretrial hearing filed by the legal team of Pegi Setiawan as the applicant. The Head of Law for the West Java Regional Police, Kombes Nurhadi Handayani, said that the rejection of all the arguments of the lawsuit was contained in 12 pages of conclusion, which had been submitted to the panel of judges at the Bandung District Court (PN), today. "All the arguments presented by the petitioners are of course after we have studied all of them, we reject them. The total is 12 pages. The conclusion is only a little, not too much," said Nurhadi in Bandung, Friday, July 5. The determination of the suspect by investigators against Pegi Setiawan is legal according to the law and has passed a series of case titles attended by a number of internal police parties. "Yes, what was the evidence submitted yesterday, the matter of determining the suspect to the applicant, yes, we state that it is legal according to the law," he said. Nurhadi. The pretrial hearing on the murder of Vina and Eky in Cirebon, namely Pegi Setiawan, will resume on Monday next week with the agenda of reading the verdict by the panel of judges. Meanwhile, the sole judge Eman Sulaeman emphasized that the decision of the panel of judges on the case was the best decision for the attorney Pegi Setiawan and the West Java Police legal team.

"This is not for the applicant or the respondent, but the best decision for Indonesia," said Eman.
