Attorneys For Pegi And The West Java Police Leave The Conclusion To The Bandung District Court Today

The legal team of Pegi Setiawan and the West Java Regional Police as the respondent submitted the conclusion of the pretrial hearing regarding the determination of Pegi as a suspect in the alleged murder case of Vina which was held at the Bandung District Court (PN) today. Single judge Eman Sulaeman immediately asked the readiness of the applicant and the respondent regarding the conclusion file. Attorney Pegi Setiawan and the West Java Police legal team then submitted their pretrial conclusions to the judge. "There is no pressure from anywhere, I will be objective, I will give the best decision," said Eman while chairing the trial at the Bandung District Court, Antara, Friday, July 5. The trial was held at 09.26 WIB and only lasted for 10 minutes with the agenda of submitting conclusions from the applicant and the respondent to the panel of judges. Before closing the trial, the judge had asked for input from both parties regarding the proceedings of the pretrial trial from the beginning to the present day. "Please, maybe there is constructive input or criticism for me while chairing the trial," said Eman. Eman said the trial would continue on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 09.00 WIB with an agenda for reading pretrial decisions. He emphasized that the decision to be read out on Monday is the best decision for the legal counsel for Pegi Setiawan and the West Java Police legal team. "This is not for the applicant or the respondent, but the best decision for Indonesia," he said.
