For The Sake Of Indonesia Gold 2045, Coordinating Minister For Political, Legal And Security Affairs Reminds Again Of The Mental Revolution Movement

Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) RI Hadi Tjahjanto said it was important to build quality human resources (HR) in order to achieve the era of Indonesia Gold in 2045.

"The development of human resources is the lifeblood of the nation's development. Our country will be faced with demographic bonuses and 2045 and has been followed up with the vision of Indonesia Gold through the 2025-2045 Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN)," Hadi said when opening the Rembuk event. Hadi said that one of the characteristics of society has made progress in welcoming the development of globalization, namely having an orderly mentality of regulations.

This, said Hadi, has also been stated in Presidential Instruction number 12 of 2016 concerning the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GRNM).

"The mental revolution of cultural development with the intention of changing the behavior of the Indonesian people to be more orderly by complying with applicable regulations," he said.

Hadi believes that by having an orderly mentality and complying with regulations, Indonesian human resources will be more advanced and ready to follow the times.

Through this forum, Hadi hopes that all ranks can help the central government build quality human resources to advance Indonesia.
