South Bangka Opens 1,970 CASN 2024 Recruitments

SOUTH BANGKA - South Bangka Regency Government, Bangka Belitung Islands Province opened the recruitment of 1,970 Candidates for State Civil Apparatus (CASN) in 2024. "The recruitment quota for the South Bangka Regency Government's State Civil Apparatus (CASN) candidates this year is 1,970 people," said Head of the BKPSDMD Civil Service Promotion, Rori Windrasari Safitri in Toboali, Antara, Wednesday, July 3. The CASN recruitment quota for 2024 is in accordance with the submissions approved by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform through Letter Number: B/1006/M.SM.01.00/2024. "In accordance with the letter, the quota for South Bangka CASN recruitment for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) is 20 formations and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) as many as 1,950 formations," he said. Rori said that the 20 CPNS formations consisted of 1 formation of health workers and 19 formations of technical personnel. Meanwhile, for PPPK, 97 formations of educators, 280 formations of health workers and 1,573 technical personnel were formed. "The CASN recruitment process is still waiting for the official schedule and implementation instructions and technical instructions from the national selection committee for the procurement of the state civil apparatus (panselnas)," he said. He appealed to prospective participants of the state civil apparatus, especially honorary staff, to be able to prepare themselves properly, starting from the administrative filing process according to the requirements. "Prepared to follow the competency selection process which will be carried out through the CAT system (computer-based test). Hopefully, all formations can be filled to the maximum," he said. He added that the CASN recruitment quota for 2024 is more than the previous year (2023). Where in the previous year as many as 596 formations were prepared. Meanwhile, this year, the South Bangka Regency Government proposed additional formations to the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform and have been approved.

"In accordance with the direction of Regent Riza Herdavid, we proposed additional formations from the previous 505 formations with details of 20 CPNS formations and 485 PPPK formations to 1,970," he said.
