The Commemoration Of The Peak Of Bung Karno Month 2024, Hasto: Interesting Activities For Youths To Inflame The Fire Of Struggle

The PDI-P will hold a closing of the 2024 Bung Karno Month event which will be held at the Senayan Eastern Parking, Jakarta, Sunday, June 30. The peak of Bung Karno's Bulk commemoration was also enlivened by all levels of party officials throughout Indonesia.

"All levels of party administrators throughout Indonesia have held various creative, innovative, activities for young people starting from June 1 on the birthday of Pancasila, June 6, Bung Karno's birth, and then on June 21, Bung Karno's death," PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto told reporters, Saturday, June 29.

The closure of the 2024 Bung Karno Month is said to be a collaboration of the Indonesian Young Bull, Red and White Cadets, Repdem, the Party Task Force, Change to Redme.

Hasto also revealed the reason for choosing Gelora Bung Karno as the location for this series of events.

"Everyone is united in presenting interesting activities for our youth so that the fire of struggle never goes out," he said.

In addition, a number of events to enliven the closing of Bung Karno's Month were such as the Indonesian Coffee Festival and Soekarno Run. In addition, there are also music performances performed by RAN, Ardhito Pramono, Marcell Siahaan, to the Koplo Working Group (KPK).

There is Ardhito Pramono, for free, there is the KPK and the other is Marcel Siahaan. This KPK music group is a group of koplo devotees. Which is very popular and this is the aspiration of young people," said Hasto.

Hasto said Soekarno Run was in great demand by many people. Initially, the committee only prepared 2 thousand race packs, but the participants reached 9 thousand. "Those who didn't get the race pack get special coupons for door prizes," he said.

Gelora Bung Karno was chosen as the location of the event because he was born to the leadership of the First President of the Republic of Indonesia Sukarno. According to Hasto, GBK is currently the atmosphere for the lives of young people.

"To bring and make this place a source of spirit, sportsmanship and achievements for our young people who show Bung Karno's leadership, which is very visionary by building a GBK," he said.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Bung Karno Month Committee 2024, Ilham added that the race pack for Soekarno Run participants could be taken on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 07.00 WIB.

"Our Race pack distribution starts tomorrow at 07.00 WIB in the morning until 13.00 and as previously stated, we have limitations because originally it was only designed for 2000, so we only added the race pack to 5000, later the system first came first wave. And hopefully it will be all part, if we don't get it, we apologize," explained Ilham.
