Airlangga Says Golkar Encourages Dico Ganinduto To Advance Central Java Gubernatorial Election

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Golkar Party Airlangga Hartarto said his party encouraged his party cadre Dico Ganinduto, who is also the Regent of Kendal, to run in the Central Java gubernatorial election.

"(In Central Java) there is Dico (Ganinduto)," said Airlangga Hartarto who is also the Coordinating Minister for the Economy at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 20.

Airlangga said, there are many names of candidates who are later said to be running as governors and deputy governors in the Central Java regional elections, including Dico Ganinduto.

According to him, the names just need to be installed.

The Golkar Party itself has so far issued an assignment letter for Dico Ganinduto to run in the Central Java regional election.

Along with this assignment, previously there was also the issue of Dico being paired with public figures Raffi Ahmad in the Central Java regional election.
