The Attorney General's Office Pays Attention To Prosecutors Handling The Vina Cirebon Case

The Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, said that there would be special attention to the public prosecutor (JPU) who handled the murder cases of Vina and Muhammad Rizky or Eky in Cirebon with the suspect Pegi Setiawan alias Perong.

This was conveyed by Harliusai in receiving the arrival of a team of lawyers for Pegi Setiawan at the Attorney General's Office. This attention is so that the prosecutor as a serious prosecutor in carrying out his duties.

"The application for lawyers will be forwarded to the regions so that attention, attention. Both the researchers and the prosecutors are in West Java. So, this is our concern so that prosecutors in the regions will truly carry out this task as well as possible," said Harli, Wednesday, June 19.

"So, we respond to the attorney, we have a view with that, of course we have to conduct research on case files later. Against the suspect and perhaps anyone should be careful and above the principles of professionalism and accountability," he said.

Meanwhile, Marwan Iswandi explained the reason for coming to the Attorney General's Office to ask for attention from Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin. However, the arrival of his party was received by the Head of the Attorney General's Office. However, he said, the Attorney General's Office was quite responsive to the requests they submitted.

As for the requested application, namely if the case file for Pegi Setiawan is declared complete or P-21 by the prosecutor, the prosecutor can carefully examine the case.
