JAKARTA - Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Victoria Monét has officially announced the release date of her second studio album titled Frequency of Love.

The R&B singer's latest work is scheduled for global release on October 2, under the Lovett Music and RCA Records record labels.

Along with the announcement of the album, Monét released a new single titled "Reach Out" along with its official music video.

For the work on the single, he collaborated with producers Kaytranada and D'Mile. Meanwhile, the song's visuals were directed by director Dave Meyers with choreography from Sean Bankhead.

"I am so grateful to everyone who has been a part of this artwork. I couldn't have done it without you guys," Victoria Monét said, quoting the caption of the upload, Friday, July 24.

The musician, who has written songs for Ariana Grande and Chloe x Halle, has been teasing his new era since the start of the year.

He started by releasing the song "Let Me" which successfully topped the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart.

In the midst of preparations for the album's launch, Monét is currently completing his performance as the opening act for Bruno Mars' concert on The Romantic Tour in Europe and the UK.

The tour series, which began in mid-June, has stopped in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, and Milan. He is scheduled to close his actions at Wembley Stadium, London, on July 24, 25, and 28.
