JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Education Office has finally begun to gradually melting the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Education social assistance phase I. Today, the disbursement is being carried out for KJP May and June 2024.

"The verification will take about a month to determine the recipient of stage I in the second wave. Hopefully it can be disbursed in the following month," explained Budi.

Budi hopes that through government assistance funds in the education sector, the community can make good use of it for children's school needs.

"We will continue to oversee the quality education sector towards Indonesia Gold 2045. Therefore, we advise parents to continue to provide education to their children, so that they are wise in using KJP for school purposes," concluded Budi.

KJP Plus is given in order to provide 12-year compulsory access to school-age students aged 6-21 years who come from underprivileged families.

The amount of money education assistance funds is disbursed to SD/MI amounting to Rp250 thousand per month, SMP Rp300 thousand, SMA Rp420 thousand, SMK Rp450 thousand and Center for Community Learning Activities amounting to Rp300 thousand.
