Police Hunt For The Group Of Hypnotics In Ustaz Sakti Mode

JAKARTA - A gang of criminals with hypnotized modes and claiming to be 'tujukustaz' took action in the South Jakarta area. The police are now hunting for the whereabouts of the perpetrators.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the gang action took place on May 23, 2024. The woman with the initials EV became a victim.

"This is being sought and chased by the South Jakarta Metro Police. It is suspected that his name is Erick Donovan alias ABI," Ade told reporters, Monday, June 10.

In launching the action, it began when the main actor, namely Erick Donovan alias ABI and his partner, came to EV, which was on the road in the Duren Tiga area, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

They pretended to ask the address of one of the companies. When the victim showed his direction, a colleague from Erick Donovan alias ABI came.

"Then another friend came, because the two of them tried to convince the victim that they were both of them, one of them was Ustaz," he said.

"To admit that he can know the future of the victim or there are many detailed things he knows," continued Ade.

Erick Donovan alias ABI then provided a lucky stone, provided that the victim had to hand over his cellphone.

Not only that, the victim was also asked to take the stone to the nearest prayer room. Without a fight, the victim followed the order.

"Finally, the victim took the stone to the prayer room. When he returned, the perpetrator and his friend were gone and the victim's cellphone was lost," said Ade.
