DENPASAR - A man named I Gede Bayu Putra (56) was found dead in Jepun Kuning Housing, Kesiman Kertalangu Village, East Denpasar, Bali.

The victim died on Nyepi day, Sunday, March 14 at around 09.00 Central Indonesia Time.

"When the victim was found, he was looking up, wearing a white T-shirt and purple patterned cloth or torso wrap. The position of the right hand is on the chest and the left hand is straight at the side of the body," said the Head of Public Relations Denpasar Police, Inspector I Ketut Sukadi, Monday, March 15.

Based on the testimony of the witness who is also the victim's colleague, Made Jelantik Karang, the victim came on Saturday, March 13 to stay overnight.

At night, the victim complained of chest pain and went out to buy medicine because the victim had a history of heart disease.

After buying medicine and resting, the victim in the next morning was dead. The witness contacted Pecalang and the Denpasar City Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) to get treatment.

"The allegation that the victim died from heart disease was also confirmed by the victim's family statement that it was true that the victim had a long history of heart disease," said Sukadi.
