JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo said investing in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) is like buying a future.

Along with the construction, Jokowi explained that transportation access to IKN will be easier with toll roads and commercial airports.
Therefore, President Jokowi encourages investors to immediately invest in IKN development before the land price becomes expensive.
"Because now we know the price is between Rp. 400 thousand-Rp. 800 thousand. In Balikpapan alone, 1 meter (land) is already Rp. 15 million, in Jakarta it is Rp. 200 million. But I tell you that price now, tomorrow it can change, because if the demand is high, the price will automatically increase," he said.
