Prabowo And Jokowi's Representatives, The Budisatrio-Kaesang Duet Can Defeat Anies

JAKARTA A political observer from the Indonesia Political Review, Ujang Komarudin, assessed that the duo Budisatrio Djiwandono and Kaesang Pangarep could compete and even beat Anies Baswedan in the 2024 Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada).

According to him, the couple's chances to win in Jakarta are quite strong. This is because Budisatrio is the nephew of the elected president, Prabowo Subianto, while Kaesang is the son of President Joko Widodo.

The duet is a representation of Prabowo and Jokowi. They can be said to represent the government, meaning that they are encouraged by the old and new governments," he said, Sunday, June 2, 2024.

Although Kaesang is considered to have no investment or political contribution in Jakarta, Jokowi's factor, who was once the Governor of DKI Jakarta, is considered to play an important role in boosting the electability of Erina's husband.

Nevertheless, Ujang admitted that to carry out cagub-cawagub, of course, you must continue to pay attention to electability, popularity, and acceptance from political parties.
