JAKARTA - Panca Darmansyah's attorney, Amriadi Pasaribu, revealed that his client's condition was haunted by fear for killing his 4 biological children. This was revealed by Panca's attorney, during his inaugural trial at the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel), Wednesday, May 29.

"There is fear, be it during sleep, then when doing activities. There is a fear that haunts him," Amriadi, Panca's attorney, told reporters.

However, over time until a reconstruction activity was finally held, Panca had started to be sincere until she was no longer depressed.

"Time on the first day until the second day he had not recovered, because he felt sorry, felt depressed. After the reconstruction, he felt plong, he was sincere," he said.

Regarding his body health, Amriadi said that Panca had lost weight. Especially when he was placed in Cipinang Prison, East Jakarta.

"It looks a bit different body. From being detained at the South Jakarta Police in Cipinang, it's a bit thin," he said.

Panca Darmansyah killed his 4 children because he was upset, his wife was considered to be having an affair with another man. He expressed the anger of his four children. Even previously Panca also committed domestic violence (KDRT) against his wife.

In the inaugural trial, Panca was charged with multiple articles of prosecution, premeditated murder and domestic violence. However, through his attorney, Panca filed an exception because there was an inappropriate flow of events.
