West Lombok Police Chase Perpetrators Of Persecution During Anarchist Actions By Residents In Montong Buhuh

West Lombok Police, West Nusa Tenggara, are hunting for the molestation of residents who were victims in the anarchic case of a group of residents in Montong Buwuh, Meninting Village on Friday, May 10 last night. Head of the West Lombok Police Satreskrim Iptu Abisatya Darma Wiryatmaja emphasized that this hunting was a follow-up to the testimony of witnesses. "So, the information from this witness is that there are three perpetrators of the persecution. Some of them have been identified and are still being searched," he said when met in Mataram, Antara, Tuesday, May 28. Abisatya revealed that there is a possibility that the number of suspects in this case will increase to six people. Three suspects who have been detained at the West Lombok Police Detention Center with the initials RM (21), LYIM (19), and LYAK (19). The roles of the three suspects are different. He confirmed that two of the three men from Central Lombok Regency were part of a group of residents who carried out anarchic actions at the scene. "For the other one, the initials LYAK. Meanwhile, it was revealed that he did not come to the location, but he did the incitement," he said. Kasatreskrim said that investigators named the three suspects by applying different criminal charges. For RM, investigators apply Article 160 of the Criminal Code concerning incitement and/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding beatings. The LYIM suspect is suspected of Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding beatings and/or Article 406 of the Criminal Code regarding the destruction of merchandise, then LYAK is subject to Article 160 of the Criminal Code concerning incitement. It was also informed that two residents of Montong Buh who were victims of persecution have now begun to recover.

"The condition of the victims has now recovered and we have obtained their information," he said.
