SYL's Wife Denies About Purchasing Dior Bags For The Ministry Of Agriculture Money: Panji Knows I Never Asked For It

JAKARTA - Syahrul Yasin Limpo's wife or SYL, Ayun Sri Harahap, denied the ownership of a luxury Dior brand bag. Although, the bag was found during a search in his room.

The denial began when the public prosecutor (JPU) questioned Ayun Sri Harahap's whereabouts when her husband's official residence was searched by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

"During the search, was the mother on the spot or not?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday, May 27.

"I was in Spain with the Minister," replied Ayun.

The prosecutor then alluded to the direct request or not regarding the purchase of the bag. Ayun then straightforwardly denied it.

"Never? It's okay if the witness doesn't say it. In the Ministry of Agriculture's record of expenditure, there are said to be purchases for the mother and minister," said the prosecutor.

"No. Here is Panji, he knows I never asked," said Ayun.

The prosecutor then showed evidence of photos of bags that have now been confiscated as evidence of evidence. However, SYL's wife again denied their ownership firmly.

"Have you ever had a Dior bag? We showed you yes. The color is red, because he found this at this search and we matched it with the testimony of other witnesses, there was a purchase of Dior's bag," he said.

"Whose bag is this, from my mother's house?" continued the prosecutor.

"No, I've never had a bag like this," answered SYL's wife.

"Never?" said the prosecutor.

"Never," said Ayun.

In fact, when asked about the red bag being found in his room during the search process, Ayun still believed the bag was not his.

"Although this search is in the mother's room, at mom's house?" asked the prosecutor.

"Yes, I've never had one like this, sir," said Ayun
