TANGERANG - Member of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Poengky Indarti spoke about the rape case committed by a former village staff named holid against a woman with the initials MA (17) who has not been arrested. Although the case has been going on for 2 years.

It is known that Holid was reported on suspicion of raping a boy with the initials MA (17) since October 3, 2022. However, until now the police have not arrested the perpetrator.

Holid, who was still a staff member of the West Pondok Kacang sub-district, the School Committee and the Chair of the DKM, had the heart to rape a 17-year-old boy.

"We will clarify the Polda Metro Jaya who is responsible for the performance of the Polres-Polres in its area, in this case the South Tangerang Police," said Poengky when confirmed, Saturday, May 18.

"We encourage professional investigators to carry out fingerprint investigations with scientific crime investigation support so that the results are valid," he continued.

He considered that the reason for the condition of the victim who was depressed or psychological disorders was the basis for the police to postpone arrest the perpetrator was not the right thing.

Because for him, investigators should be able to do their job professionally to handle the case.

Moreover, the victim was also raped by holid until she gave birth to a baby girl. Although finally the baby died after giving birth.

"In fact, investigators must be proactive in accelerating the fingerprint investigation process professionally, for example using DNA examinations, so that the perpetrators will be easily known," he said.

Therefore, he still hopes for South Tangerang Police investigators in uncovering the rape case committed by the former village staff.

"This is a challenge for investigators to be able to take advantage of scientific crime investigation support as well as possible in order to uncover the case," he concluded.

Previously reported, AF, the father of a rape victim, revealed that his baby had experienced a mental disorder after giving birth to his baby. According to him, the condition of the child got heavier when the baby he was born died.

"My son was depressed, lost his memory, likes to talk to himself, suddenly cried," said AF when met at his home in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang, Tuesday, May 14.

He said the Regional Integrated Service Unit (UPTD) for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA) South Tangerang (Tangsel) came to his son and the Psychologist team to heal his depressed baby.

"My son came with a psychologist to heal my child. Months," he said.

When the MA's condition has improved, his favorite daughter has advanced her learning activities. He hopes that his daughter's case can be followed up completely.

"Alhamdulillah, now it's getting better. Now it's SMK. I hope the perpetrators are responsible and arrested," he concluded.
